sucks!
And the fact that they could not pick a jury today sucks even more since I have to go back tomorrow morning so they can make their decision. The thing that makes me have to laugh at myself is that I went to the wrong building, I should have been in the one the hears the civil courts but I went to the criminal building because I drove past the correct building and thought they would point me in the right direction. But no they told me I could stay where I was. Little did I know that I would be sitting in a cold court room for most of the day freezing to death, at least now I know to dress warm tomorrow. It's an interesting case but I don't think I would want to be picked to sit on the jury. How much you want to bet I do get picked?
But after all of it I appreciated the fact that I got to walk out of the court room in to the nice warm sun and go home, have a nice dinner, and sleep in my own bed. The person on trial does not have that luxury.
